  4. Be sure to read the file LICENSE.DOC before using WINDIAL.

  7. To install WinDial:
  8.  
  9.     If you have obtained WinDial on diskettes, you should have
  10.     two diskettes.  Insert disk 1 in drive A or B.
  11.     Start Windows and from the Program Manager click on
  12.     File and then Run.  Insert disk 2 when prompted.
  13.     Type a:Setup "where <a> is the drive letter " 
  14.     If you are installing from a subdirectory, all files from
  15.     the diskettes need to be in the same directory.  Then type
  16.     the full path. Ex: d:\xtalk\fil\setup
